VADER ONLINE TERMS OF SERVICE
The following “Terms of Service” governs your use of VADER ONLINE and related services provided by Sensei Enterprises, Inc. (hereafter “Sensei”). This is a legal agreement between you and Sensei which incorporates the Privacy Policy at View Privacy. By subscribing to VADER ONLINE, you are accepting the terms of this User License Agreement. Sensei has the right to revise the Terms of Service (with notice) at any time and continued used of VADER ONLINE constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
Copyright Information
Sensei Enterprises, Inc. is the copyright owner of VADER ONLINE. Sensei grants the purchaser the right to copy and distribute VADER worksheets without restriction. Text files, such as model orders, may be distributed in any form.
Limited License and Use of VADER ONLINE.
Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use VADER ONLINE. Sensei does not review or pre-screen the contents of electronic data uploaded or posted to VADER ONLINE by subscribers and Sensei claims no intellectual property rights with respect to the content.
Users agree not to provide unauthorized access to VADER ONLINE. Every VADER user must have an individual subscription to VADER ONLINE.
Users agree not to use VADER ONLINE for any unlawful purpose.
Users agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to modify the VADER online software.
Sensei reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any feature associated with VADER ONLINE, with or without notice, except that Sensei shall provide users with 30 days’ notice of any modification that materially reduces the functionality of the software. Continued use of VADER ONLINE following any modification constitutes subscriber’s acceptance of the modification.
Sensei reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to VADER ONLINE for operational purposes, including, but not limited to, maintenance, repairs or installation of upgrades, and will in good faith try to provide advance notice of any such suspension. Sensei will endeavor to minimize disruption to users in its planned operational suspensions, but reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations without notice at any time to complete necessary repairs.
Access to VADER ONLINE
Access and use of VADER ONLINE is restricted to authorized subscribers. Users are required to provide their legal name, a valid e-mail address, and any other information reasonably requested by the Sensei. Log-in credentials may not be shared with anyone else, including other authorized subscribers.
The initial Administrator shall be the originating subscriber with authority to administer the subscription and designate additional authorized users.
Confidentiality
Sensei agrees to treat all VADER ONLINE data as confidential and not to use or disclose such confidential information except as necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement or as required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
If Sensei is required by law to make any disclosure of the confidential information, Sensei will provide any affected user with prompt written notice (to the extent permitted by law) prior to such disclosure so that the subscriber may seek a protective order, file a Motion to Quash or seek other appropriate relief.
Security and Access
Sensei is responsible for providing a secure method of authentication and accessing VADER ONLINE.
Subscribers are responsible for protecting the security of usernames and passwords and for the accuracy and adequacy of personal information provided for VADER ONLINE.
Subscriber will implement policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized use of usernames and passwords, and will promptly notify Sensei upon suspicion that a username and password has been lost, stolen, compromised, or misused.
